Payments can be processed through PayPal , by cheque/postal order, Phone or by Bank Transfer. [ Made payable to Mr A M Moore].
Items will be delivered to your registered address if paying by Pay Pal. If you need your item delivery to an alternative address please contact us as soon as payment is made.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties”.
We do aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days, if this is not possible we will contact you with an expected dispatch date. Please allow 3-5 working days for items within the uk, all items are posted via courier with the option to upgrade to signed for at the checkout. To keep track of your order please log in to your account where you can track the process, alternatively, Please feel free to contact us .
Proof of postage will always be given if requested as we cannot be held responsibility for items lost in the Post.
In the event that your item gets lost in the post , please contact us and we will claim for your item through the courier on your behalf and issue you with a replacement item or a full refund.
Please note: Orders will only dispatched upon receipt of full payments, so if paying by cheque please add 5 working days onto dispatch time above.
Refunds / Returns
Whilst we trust you will be happy with your product, if are not entirely satisfied with any item you receive we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please note all returned items that are not faulty need to be in as received condition complete with all packaging. Postage can not be refunded on items that are not faulty and need to returned at the customers cost.
We will not offer any refund on items where damage has been caused by misuse.
To return a faulty item please contact us first so we can recommend you on what to do next, for some items a photograph of the damaged item will be sufficient to entitle you to a full refund , Proof of postage must be required when returning items and as we accept no responsibility for returns lost in the post during transit without proof of postage.
